Self-Trailing going down is problematic
I purchased this item for the hands free movement feature but I have been unable to figure out how to go down at an angle (about a 20 degree slope) with out holding the ring. Perhaps it only works well in vertical situations. Would like to know more but have been unable to figure out a company website so may look to return soon.
