Cycle Sounds Bagger Audio Power Pucks Speaker Amps

First off one of the power pucks cuts out all the time. Appears to be a short with one of the power wires. Return them you say, the seller powersports wants me to send them to the manufacturer. I do not get the taxes and duty I paid on delivery ($50) plus the cost of shipping them back. Be warned if you do not go out and buy connectors ie: you splice the wires together the warranty is voided. The power puck was shorting out from the moment it was connected. I paired these with a nice set of infinity speakers, the speakers have a better quality without the pucks. The pucks are currently sitting in a box collecting dust.

I purchased these and had an issue with one side when the bike got wet. I was very frustrated with both that and fact they did not mount as advertised on the back of my speakers as the magnets were too big. CYCLE SOUNDS TESTED THE PRODUCT FOUND THE PROBLEM,HONORED THEIR WARRANTY AND SENT ME A BRAND NEW PAIR. The owner of the company, Ed Files, called me personally to apologize. Very satisfied with the overall product and experience with the company. And I apologize to Ed for my previous post.
