JILLMO Bread Lame, Stainless Steel Bread Scoring Tool with 10 Blades

If you expect a hollow metal handle like all the other matching utensils I have, this is not it. I was quite pleased with the quality and weight of this product. Leather pleather? cover seems solid. They include more blades than I expected. I wish all my other metal handled utensils were this nice.

Good product, works well. This one is heavier, more substantial than other plastic lames, and I find is easier to use with bread scoring.

This thing will last forever. Very well machined.Very glad I bought it.

This is a heavy, sturdy lame. Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it, though I’ll always be jumpy changing out the blade. I do wish the cover was made of something that the blade can’t cut through over time. I also wish the handle was magnetic, so I could store it along my knives on the wall.

I like that it's all stainless steel, and the blades are easy to remove for cleaning. Also includes a lot of replacement blades and a leather blade cover. Easy to use because the handle won't drag on dough. Produces a great sourdough ear!

Like many people, I jumped on the sourdough boom during the start of sheltering in place in April 2020. I baked some good tasting sourdough over the past few months. I kept putting off buying a lame using a paring or serrated knife. I finally got to the place where I wanted my bread to not only taste good, but look good. So I bought this lame with replacement blades . The attached photo is my first use. The blade cut into the dough so easily - no snags or pulls. I was happy with the end results and the product!!

I don't like that it's so long you don't have that much control over your designs I use this in sourdough bread making

Heavy and sturdy. I thought it was missing the blades and leather pouch, but they must have dropped out of the box and I didn't realize it. So re-reviewed for a 5 stars. VERY NICE LAME. May have to order another one for gift.

Performance-wise, terrible! It does not slice bread dough! You'd get better results with a chop stick!I'll stick with my nice Japanese scissors!

Corta perfecto a la hora de hacer un corte en algún pan. Sirve de maravilla y trae buenas cuchillas. Simplemente buenísimo me hacía falta y ya lo tengo.
