Good, with small issues
It's a good chair, with a few issues. The seat is very flat and not very padded. Sitting in it more than an hour becomes rather uncomfortable. The arms are very flappy and loose in all of their adjustment areas. It's much larger than I thought it would be when I ordered it, and the lowest seat height is so tall that my feet don't sit flatly on the floor, and I am 6'-2" tall!Overall, it's not a bad chair by any means, and it was a good replacement for the 20 year old chair I broke. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't need to sit for hours at a time.

Great quality, but this is a very high chair
I bought this to replace a chair that I've used for almost 7 years. I decided to go with this one due to the reviews and the fact that it's not using fake pleather that would peel after a short time. In terms of quality, I'm very happy with this chair. The materials are top notch and there are many metal components. Only the bottom of the chair and the back are heavy plastic (to allow for some flexibility). All of the adjustment components work as they should.I will note quickly that I read in another review that someone found the arms to be too loose (meaning that they swing very easily). I experienced this as well. However there is an adjustment screw on the bottom side of each arm that can tighten them to whatever level is desired. This is not mentioned in the instruction manual. I'm sure that the previous reviewer did not catch this and probably returned the chair when it wasn't really defective. The only real gripe that I have with the chair is that the lowest height setting is substantially higher than any other office chair that I've used. It's high enough that I have to lean over and type at a fairly uncomfortable angle. So unless your desk is super tall, this will be very noticeable. I am literally sitting about 4 inches higher than I was with my previous chair. Not sure how I feel about that...Otherwise this chair is solid and I can see it lasting for a very long time.

Good Chair, but not a Herman Miller
It is a well built chair and it looks decent. It was relatively easy to put together. 30 -40 minutes is reasonable.I had to return a chair because a plastic piece had snapped on my first shipment, even though well packaged. Amazon was great and sent me a new one within a couple of days. No biggie. However, I can't find a user manual online; which makes it hard to adjust the chair. After a year of use, I am starting to notice a little back pain, so I am cautious in my use of this chair. I have to force myself to have good posture. The chair has held up well over the last couple of years.

got it for pull in hand rests
i was looking for a chair which allows me to pull in hand rests closer. for this price its very comfortable for 5.5 feet height 150lbs person. packaging was not that great, but everything came in good condition. giving 4 stars because i see there is some more room in improving the hand rest pull in functionality. hand rests rotate when i pull them in...i would have liked them to slide in . someone already mentioned that if you apply weight on hand rests they move out, they dont lock in.

Not a chair for short people
Sadly, the question about minimum seat height had not been answered when I ordered this chair (and I should have asked it myself). Who makes a chair with a MINIMUM seat height of 48.5 cm (19 IN)?? Even at its lowest setting, My feet hovered off the floor. I'm 5'3", which is just two inches below average height for women. You would have to be at least 5'6" or 5'7" for this chair to be useable without a footrest. Also, the armrests are hard as a rock. The adjustability is great, and the tilt lock is not available on a lot of other chairs. Though it could use a seat depth adjustment. If you're tall enough, this could be a great chair. Unfortunately, it was not for me.

Shameful company
The reason support is only ranked 2 stars is, for me, my left arm does not hold tight, and freely turns. So leaning to that side is imposdible/uncomfortable even after repeatedly tightening the screw underneath. Would be a 5/5 chair but I get no feedback from the company, and for that reason, I wish I went with another trusted brand. Shame

A decent chair but not perfect
I have owned this chair for about 2 1/2 years. It has served me well during that time. I work from home and use the chair a lot both for work and home use. It is high as another review mentioned. This makes a somewhat awkward angle to type since I have a lowered key tray for my keyboard. It also was hard to get the chair back to be firm enough to lean back in. After 2 years the fronts of the arm cushions just started cracking and feel off. Luckily it's in a private room and the aaearance does not bother me, even if it make the chair slightly more uncomfortable to use.
