Items missing, defective subwoofer.
Got it for Rs. 1899 in republic day sale. Received the order after 20+ days. On unboxing, remote, input cable and manual were missing. Connected everything and turned on. There was this constant humming sound from the sub which was nothing but a grounding issue. Product was under 7 days replacement. Tried booking a replacement but option was not available. Contacted customer service. They said the seller is not accepting replacement and only return was possible. The seller is no one but Amazon's own Appario retail. I insisted on replacement and they said they will raise an investigation and asked me to come back after 4 days. But my replacement window closed in 3 days. When I asked about this they said it won't be an issue as I've raised the complaint within the window. When contacted back on the said date they said only return was possible and the seller doesn't allow replacement. When insisted again the customer service person said that the return window is over and he actually is making an exception for me. How cheap has Amazon, it's appario retail and the whole customer service behaved?About the product itself - you get what u pay for. Good sound. Decent bass. Adequate for a small to medium room. The humming noise from the sub might be because mine was defective or can even be a design flaw of this whole model. Don't gamble with your money and stay away from this product. You can get better products from your local vendor after physically testing out before purchasing. Will save you a lot of headache and hassle.

Got scammed
The speakers not working after 7 days....which wasn't even touched or moved after setting. Wasted money on this..they got 7 days replacement but it got repaired itself on the 8th day....now it is saying that no warranty has been added...if someone is purchasing a product for 2000 rupees, 200 for warranty is no big deal...they mentioned it has 1 year warranty, but we have to select the warranty also...everyone needs warranty bro...why don't you add yourself the warranty. I got scammed now...I surely need a replacement...it worked only 7 days...and the 8th day only the woofers are working and all the four speakers not working...pls do something about it..
