These ice packs are amazing and so versatile. We like them so much we bought two so we can ice both knees at the same time. And great for icing the lower back because you can tighten it up so you can walk around with it. Great product, have had one for a few years without any defects and couldn’t ask for a better ice pack that conforms to your body.

This is pack is SO much better than the smaller ones I had. It is LARGE - covers my whole lower - or upper - back - then can be slid around to cover one side of my body and then the other side. It holds the cold for quite awhile! One proviso - I had a bad fall and can't lift anything heavy - and this bag is quite heavy when frozen. My husband has to cover it with 2 light towels and place it behind my back. The cold comes through just right! ALSO - this large ice pack does not fit in the freezer side of our refrigerator/freezer. We don't want to fold it in half - perfect to keep it flat - so we keep it in our full-sized freezer. Even so, I am VERY happy with this ice pack. It suits my needs and I recommend it highly!

Hands down, the best ice pack have ever used, have gifted it to many people even though they said they had something already and all were shocked how much better this version is. The fabric side is perfect for the first few minutes to get used to the cold before turning it over and using the plastic side. It stays in place so well with the Velcro strap and had made healing much faster for my every broken bone or when in pain. You cannot go wrong and I urge everyone to buy it to have on hand just in case the need arises.

This is perfect! I need something that could wrap around my calf after emergency surgery for a blood clot. I'm gonna only say, lay it flat in the freezer because it's stiff and the edges can poke you until they thaw. Used error not the product. But I will give a mega thumbs down to the plastic bag that you're supposed to stick it in every time you freeze it it ripped the day I was taking it out of the bag and you're supposed to put it in the bag every single time that it goes in the freezer. So when it's not a big enough bag two can't really lay it flat completely and the material is cheesy. So just freeze like normal but lay it flat so it's easier for wherever you're needing to use it on your body. But fantastic purchase

One of the best things I've ever bought. I've purchased 3 so far. Lol. Husband wraps it around his head when he has a headache. My teenager throws a couple on his back when he's overheated. I wrap them around my thighs after squats, when needed. Seriously, you will love that this is in your freezer.

These are great! I had a failed back surgery so constantly fighting low back pain but I don’t like sitting around. These allow me to strap it on and go about my business while still receiving pain relief from the ice pack. I bought two more that I cycle through the freezer so that I always have one cold and ready to go

Good but small

I bought these for recovering from hip replacement surgery. I had two in my freezer at home and two in my freezer at work. They're great!

Love this product. Great for hip iiceing. Strap a little short . Would like the option of a longer strap.

I love the soft fabric on one side, super soft. Comes with a plastic Ziploc bag to put it in the freezer, keeps it clean and from absorbing oders from the freezer. Nice size.
