How much and often should I use in our tank?

I follow the directions. I place about a tablespoon into the tank ,just after flushing,with use every day. If you have a clog, wait till the temperature is warm ,and empty ( the tank outlet must be closed) I leave it for as long as needed depending on the clog. I used an old wire hanger to agitate the tank to help move the contents and enable to penetrate the contents , and digest the clogs. Be patient with the clogs, but use often and you will not have problems.

Will this clean out the sewer drain when toilet paper gets stuck in there?

it will help desolve some...but it will not do the complete job of opening it up.....do NOT leave that the drain line open all the time!. Keep it closed till the tank needs emptying. The water and chemicals you have put in, keeps the paper etc soft and will not get hard and block your lines..

Can this be used in home septic systems?

It says on the bottle, specially designed to dissolve tissue in holding tanks. It is granular when I squeeze the bottle from the outside. I dont think it would work for a septic system. No where on the bottle does it say that is a use for the product.

Does it work with the blue stuff? If not, do you have to rinse the tank until it’s all clear? Then how long does it have to sit? Can we use tank?

I use use it along with the blue stuff. Turns the tissue into liquid. Dump your tank as you normally would and add again.
