Better than what I thought easy to use

The heating out is working but it’s leaking water makes it very hard to use this product.There will be water everywhere and many water stains. It’s easy to use and easy to assemble.

cleaning difficult to access window

I didn’t have very high expectations of this gadget because it was the cheapest of its type on offer here on Amazon but, now that I have used it, I am fairly satisfied with it.I wasn’t impressed when I opened the box it came in because all of the components were just loose in the box. On inspection some of the parts were dirty and scratched which didn’t impress me at all. The instruction sheet is nothing short of comical, they really should have taken the time to get it proof read by someone with a good grasp of English. Fortunately the product is not so complicated that assembling it can’t be achieved by common sense and trial and error.I have just used it to clean the outside of my first floor flats windows and on the whole I’m satisfied with the results. It did work better on the largest of my windows but that’s an issue with the size of my windows rather than a fault in the product. I’m not a practical person at all, I’m clumsy and cackhanded at the best of times but, I managed to a result that I can live with and that’s all that really matters.I’m also looking forward to using it when I wash my car as it will reach the tricky middle strip of the roof that my short arms can never reach.

And you can't attach the scraper on it's own - am I actually missing a screw or something PLEASE explain. Also this is rubbish and will not lie flat against the middle of the window even with the extension out fully what a waste of time and money.

Brilliant did the job

Absolutely useless. Seller was also very unhelpful and just kept telling me about them being out of pocket if I returned it, so they wanted me to keep it with a £2 goodwill refund. Why would I when it doesn't work? So I gave up and just spoke to Amazon, who issued a full refund for me, after reading the emails this company sent me.As for the product, all my windows are different types and different ways of opening and not one of them could be cleaned with this contraption. The wall was in the way on some, or it just wouldn't go flat onto the pane on others. I tried it extended and then not extended and neither option worked. I have no idea what type of window this could work really well on at all. I'm puzzled.
