I had a great experience purchasing my laptop from this company. The laptop arrived quickly and on time. The condition was excellent, especially for a secondhand device. There are only a couple of very minor dings, which are barely noticeable. I’m including photos of them for transparency, but they don’t affect the laptop in any way and are purely cosmetic. I also absolutely love the rose gold color. It’s a very pretty and sleek laptop. The laptop itself has been great so far. It’s fast, responsive, and I haven’t experienced any lagging or performance issues. Everything runs smoothly. The battery life also seems to be very good from what I’ve seen so far, though I haven’t used it consistently enough to give a full review on that. The only issues I experienced were related to learning the laptop’s ventilation design. I noticed it can get warm and over heat if it’s placed on a blanket, carpet, or other soft surface. The fan is located near the back hinge, so airflow can become restricted if the vents are blocked. As long as it’s used on a desk, table, lap desk, or other solid surface, it performs perfectly and stays cool. Setup was super easy, and the company included a free one-year warranty with the laptop, which was a really nice bonus. They’re also sending me a pair of free EarPods. Their customer service has been fantastic, they communicate through both phone calls and text messages, and the texting option is especially convenient. They’re responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would absolutely buy from them again. Great product, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. If you’re on the fence, just do it!

Only leaving one star because It was in the condition they stated (very little scratches) This MacBook continues to have issues from not connecting to WiFi to being locked out for weeks I’ll try my password and it won’t work one week , the next week it will (same password as every account I’ve ever created) as of this morning it is a dead MacBook with NO USE! There is no way in it I’ve contacted Apple support ive factory reset and nothing works!!! There’s most definitely an internal issue ! Apples suggestion was to TRASH IT !! I would not recommend purchasing refurbished as it is a waste of a lot of money !!! Single mom trying to get through school and got screwed in the long run. The review took a while because I don’t use it everyday so I have noticed the glitches and issues and said it must just need to “fully load” or something of that nature just trying to convince myself it is okay because I really needed this laptop for school projects and reports. I should have sent it back when I had a chance. please purchase directly from Apple and NEW. I will say when it did work correctly- then it did! There was about a 3 day period where it had no glitches whatsoever but for $400 I expect atleast 400 days 😭

I’m very very pleased with my purchase. It delivered 2 days earlier than expected. I did have to charge it to turn it on. But I didn’t have problems setting it up. Im more experienced with PC so this is a learning curve. It looks brand new, no physical issues at all. I let it fully charge and update. Now I’m able to work seamlessly between my laptop and phone. It runs great.

I rarely write reviews because they are time consuming, and to be honest I'm really tired and lazy at the end of the day, but I had to jump on here and write a review because this company has very much earned it. Initially, I was really hesitant to order this. I had the same exact year and model and LOVED my old laptop, but alas, it was not meant to be. One night of FaceTiming with a long distance friend and three glasses of rosé paired with...I don't know, apparently I like to move my hands a lot when I'm excited? Weird, I know...and my laptop got to experience the wine, but not in a good way, and it fried. Now, I'm a Mac girl through and through. Call me trendy, extra, basic, but come on. Have you seen the screens on these things? GORGEOUS. So I wasn't going to but a middle of the road laptop. I had finished college, and I have a desktop in my office for work, so I figured I could bypass a laptop. Nope. Being salaried and a preschool director with a killer new job, I'm going to need a laptop to work from home on weekends. But we all know Apple is not budget friendly. You want a new Apple product? Cool, we're gonna need you to take out a second mortgage or work four jobs for approximately ten years. Yeah, no thanks. After window shopping, I found this beauty. Less than four hundred dollars? Excellent condition? Add to cart. Once I ordered, I realized I didn't check reviews, so off I went, and found they were very mixed. I contemplated cancelling the order, but then figured it was already put through and charged, so I might as well risk it. I am so glad I did. When it arrived, my husband immediately charged it. I got home and saw it sitting on our kitchen island in all its glory. Beautiful color, zero keyboard deficiencies, screen with zero flaws. There is a chip on the bottom right corner of the shell which is very small. You can't notice it unless you are studying it like you're back in high school biology. Installed a case, and you can barely remember it's there. So far, so good. I turned it on very hesitantly, worried that it would have a flaw on the screen, freeze, have a fan that sounded like a turbo jet, any amount of things. Nope. It runs better than my previous one. Setup was simple, my account is connected, runs like a marathon runner who has trained their entire life. I am in love. If this was laptop was a good looking man, I would run away with it. All in all, it runs beautifully and I will one hundred percent be purchasing from this company again. My daughter is going to need a laptop soon, so...take my money. All in all, I'm incredibly surprised in the best way possible. HUGE thank you to this company. I'm so happy.

So far not to bad. There are a few scratches but it’s to be expected. I’ve had it for a couple days now, at first it was supppeeerrrrr slow and the fan under the keyboard was making some funky noise. It was behind on a lot of updates, the volume wasn’t working, and some apps wouldn’t even download. After updating it it seems to be working a whole lot better. I take away one star because the battery life is trash. You almost have to keep it charged to keep it on because it dies so quickly. Other than that I think it was a pretty good buy. I’ll come back and update after I’ve had it longer.

I love my new Mac book it’s nearly no scratches dents or anything perfect condition and works perfect

I’m giving three stars to meet in the middle. I ordered two (2020) MacBook Air laptops. Both arrived nicely packaged in my opinion for refurbished. They came with everything specified. The keyboard and mousepad are clean and seem to work well so far; though they are Christmas gifts so I won’t know for sure until we get set up. However, on one of them there is like a 2” line that shows up on the bottom right of the screen. It’s very noticeable at startup but not so much once the screen is on. There are some light dings on the sides but I plan to get them cases anyway so I can live with that seeing as they are refurbished, but I do not think the seller should mark these as being in “excellent condition”. And if this is indeed what they consider “excellent,” I recommend you do not buy anything below this grade on their selling page. The true test will be after a week or two of use from my kids once they’re set up. Fingers crossed…

This computer is terrible which is crazy of me to say because I ordered one from them before until it stopped charging out of nowhere. My last one worked great before it stopped charging but the one they sent as a replacement is awful, I can’t open the computer due to this black sticky stuff around the perimeter of the computer, the battery life is a 0/10, the computer does not update good meaning I can get messages and calls on my phone and they will not pop up until later on. The sound quality is terrible as well compared to my last one. I am just overall disappointed with the replacement computer I got since my last one worked pretty well.

Do not recommend!! Item came poorly packaged and didnt work.

El producto en cuanto a estética 10/10 pero me llegó con un error de que cada 10 segundos se reinicia, de nada sirve tener una MacBook de estética de 10 si no va a funcionar para nada. Ya acudí a soporte técnico de Apple, dos veces hicimos procedimientos para tratar de reparar el error y no se pudo. Me mandaron a la tienda física de Apple, está carísimo arreglarla, mejor me compro una nueva me sale mejor. Háganse un favor y no gasten su dinero. Ya pedí el reembolso espero me llegue lo que pagué por ella, porque si fue una total decepción. )

I regrettably ordered an Early 2020 MacBook Air from this seller a few months back for my mother as she wanted to stay connected with family via FaceTime. Unfortunately the laptop itself did not last very long. Right from receiving the unit I noticed something was off because the fan would act up (weird noises) which I should have immediately returned, but computers being computers, I decided to see if it worked which it indeed did for 3-4 months which conveniently is around the time the warranty expired. As a Software Analyst I tried all basic and advanced troubleshooting but the computer does not want to launch into regular recovery mode and will only enter internet recovery mode but fails to successfully complete which tells me there is most likely a hardware problem somewhere (probably the fan). Without being able to restore the OS the machine is rendered useless. I decided to purchase from this seller because the reviews looked great but the $1000+ I spent on it was definitely not worth it!! Please be wary of the products sold by the seller, and if you do purchase an item, I would highly suggest to return the unit if the slightest concern arises (do yourself a favour). UPDATE: After an extensive, step-by-step diagnostic and repair process, it is clear that this unit was sold with a pre-existing hardware defect. Technical Findings & Repair Process: Initial Diagnosis: initial assessment blaming a faulty fan was incorrect. Component Testing: I systematically replaced the battery and power delivery (PD) board first as a baseline measure. During this process, I noticed an irregular residue (potentially thermal paste or adhesive) on a primary component. Root Cause: Upon removing and inspecting the logic board, I discovered it was entirely compromised (The unit was shipped with a defective logic board). Resolution: After sourcing a replacement Intel logic board and installing it, I was finally able to successfully restore the OS and bring the machine to full working order. The repair required an additional $600+ out of pocket. Customer Service Experience: I contacted the seller to update them on these findings. They pointed out that the unit came with a 90-day warranty. However, a warranty period is irrelevant when a product is delivered fundamentally non-functional due to a lack of proper quality assurance (QA) protocols prior to shipping. Advice to Buyers: If you choose to purchase from this seller, inspect your device thoroughly immediately upon arrival. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt, test every function right away, and initiate a return at the first sign of an issue, or you risk inheriting a costly repair bill. ZERO STARS
