Trim line is a little weak, but compared to the prices at your local hardware store, these are a exceptional buy.

I'm on my second pack of these. I use them on a black and decker strimmer. They cost so much less than the name brand and in my opinion work a lot better. They seem to uncoil without any tangles or jamming. I was always having to stop and untangle the line with the name brand. I also like how they have spare end caps for the strimmer and extra springs. I'm always losing mine so the extras help. A great alternative and more economical.

I had to bend the spring to fit down over the red cap inside center.

Can't show you a picture because it's in the shed and it's winter here. But l did installed one of the spools, it was so easy, l started trimming everything in the yard, and it worked perfectly, no problem whatsoever. Glad l purchase this item, and having extra spools saves me money and l don't have to buy another trimmer. The price was very reasonable. The spools are heavy duty and don't keep breaking.

Not sure why but the feed function on the trimmer does not work well with this brand of plastic string
