The first one I received was malfunctioning and didn't work. I requested a replacement and had it by the next day! This one works well enough, but I do get an error code every now and then saying that the ipad can't enable the touch screen. 🤨After researching someone said that if you replace the home button, in addition to the screen, that this error will occur. I wish I knew that before tossing the original home button. I wouldn't have used the new home button that came attached to the new screen.It was a replacement for my 7 year old son and besides the error code popping up now and then it works great.I did purchase a roll of 2mm for extra strength tape as I noticed every tutorial used an additional dbl sided. Tape to the tape on the replacement screen.

This product was easy to use and has held up great.

This is not everything. There's no adhesive/glue. The screen will not stay on and the home screen will not work. After thinking I did something wrong, took it to a pro. It's faulty. Don't buy.

Issue = Not good adhesion! (caused later cable damage; see edit below)It is not hard to install and so far works without any issues. But on the side, it is obvious that it would appreciate extra tape/glue because it is slightly "out of frame".So just get glue or extra tape to be sure it will really hold well. But if you are not a perfectionist, it will do the job anyway. Just take care while removing the old glass.EDIT: After few weeks due to the low adhesivity the screen moved and damaged the cables. After that, it didn't work and I had to buy a new one. I would recommend add the extra glue or avoid this one.

The screen was ok but no glue for edges ran the risk and it broke the same day unfortunately before to get the glue to go around

The media could not be loaded.  Really good product works perfect on the tablet of my son!

Overall great product however it included no instructions and did not include the necessary adhesive tape.

Updated my review because I have to get a new screen and everything again because this ad lied it came with adhesive so I was left with a screen that wouldn’t glue back together which no shocker eventually broke so the false advertising for the pre installed adhesive is a huge problem

A nice quality replacement digitizer. My only complaint really is the provided adhesive. I did a very thorough cleaning job on all the areas the adhesive would make contact with, but it still didn’t stick great in some areas. I recommend removing the provided adhesive and using a b7000 style glue.

Read others saying wasnt bright... mine was perfect and arrived 9 days before delivery date
