What is the wrench for?

A single flare tool is used for low-pressure jobs. Like the low-pressure lines but it is not suitable for high-pressure jobs such as brake systems.

Does the center punch move in a circle while you screw it or is it straight shot?

It goes straight in if adjusted correctly.

where are the instructions or PDF to use this tool?

Watch a video on YouTube. That’s what I did. Just search for brake line double flaring… or something like that. It’s actually easy to use once you see how its done.

Does it come with extra adapters as heading says?

It comes with everything you see in the picture. I don't recommend for stainless steel as I broke mine on the first use.
