The media could not be loaded.  Didn't even use it yet!! Just took it out of the box and a piece is already broken off of the mechanism, as well as the needle mechanism isn't even on track. Machine doesn't work!!! How can you send something that is broken???? It also had hand prints all over the machine......really?????

My daughters used this machine with my help & supervision just a few times and it is now broken. A piece under the needle popped out and even though I tried to put it back in place, it no loner works. I can’t find anything about replacement or warranty here on Amazon. I do not recommend buying this machine. It is super disappointing for the girls...

easy to understand and use, best machine for beginner. quality build compared to other mini unit. highly recommended.This is a beginners machine, i wish there is more explanation and instruction refer to the use of the machine and stitches and how best to use them.

My granddaughter is 9 and wanted to learn to sew. I bought this at Xmas and have just been able to use it with her. She loves it and overall it is pretty good. Just not sure if it can handle thicker material. The only complaint I have yet is that the leaver to life the presser foot is plastic and I am concerned it will break off. But so far, it is great.

Bought this as a birthday gift for 8 year old granddaughter. It’s absolute garbage. Can’t teach her anything on it. Won’t sew any more than 1-2” without jamming. Total exercise in frustration and completely turns her off the whole experience and she was so enthusiastic to learn! I feel severely ripped off! Worth about $20. It’s a toy and nothing more.
