Make it very hot it’s perfect for a crunchy base

It is good quality and did the crust lovely on my sour dough base, that I made, but as it cant be washed and the instructions say not to get any oil on it, which is ludicrous, hello cheese is oily. I sent it back, too much messing about, the instructions says to burn off the oil with a torch or in the oven???

I liked the first one of these so much, I bought another. If you want to take your pizza bake time down from 20 minutes to 8 minutes, you need this

Really nice quality, nice and thick. Came very well packaged and instructions on use were very clear.Invaluable for homemade pizzas using fresh dough - just make sure the oven’s hot and the stone is too before sliding your pizza on.For frozen/store made or part baked bases I probably wouldn’t bother with a stone, just put your pizza directly on the oven rack unless your racks are grotty, then I’d use a stone.As good, if not better than much higher priced stones.
