This Bell Curcumin Supp blend is a well thought out blend that I'd actually reorder to keep in my regimen. Felt like there was more potential efficacy re absorption thanks to the inclusions and the brand seems fairly quality and trustworthy. I didn't experience any negatives during usage. No noticable side effects or digestive issues. No issue with taste or swallowing.

I have used Bell Curcumin for years. It helps with inflammation anywhere in the body. My son had a sunburn and I gave him 1 pill. 10minutes later he felt fine. It is also good bowel stimulator and it helps with the immune system. Really trust Bell's products.

I know the health benefits of turmeric so I was excited to try this product. I always say this when reviewing supplements: 1) it takes time to feel the benefits. 2) I’m careful of the country it’s made in. With that said I can tell you it’s made in Canada. Its ingredients are sourced from safe places. The reason I know this is I called the company. I’m evaluating a product yes but that product isn’t much without good customer service. It speaks volumes when the company stands by their product. I was slightly alarmed to see the warning on the side of the bottle. It’s geared towards Calif but I needed to make sure it was safe to be put in my body. The pills are large so if you have problems swallowing big pills this might not be for you. There’s not a bad smell or taste. 4 stars because the price seems incredibly high for one bottle of a 30 day supply. I wouldn’t pay for that. Quality seems good but price not good.

I opened the bottle and there was a light, herbal/spice/earthy smell and the filling in the capsules definitely looked the right color for turmeric that would include hints of black pepper, cayenne, and hawthorn. I have not had any adverse effects from taking these capsules.
