Amazon Basics Enhanced Water Filter, Brita Filter Replacement, 6-Pack

I was skeptical about how much difference a water pitcher/filter would make in the quality of my drinking water. Let me tell you, LIGHT YEARS difference! I purchased the Amazon Basics pitcher (also a great buy) and found that the filters that come with it, actually last longer than advertised. Can't say that too often these days! I purchased another brand of filters when these ran out because I caught a good sale. They were ok, but not as good as these. When I ran out of those, I made sure to purchase this brand again. Each filter lasts me easily 2 months. I also find I drink a lot more water since I enjoy the flavor (or lack of flavor as it were). My water always tasted like "outdoor hose water". You know that taste. Now it is crisp and clean and flavorless! The filters are very easy to replace in the Amazon pitcher as well. A slight twist to break the seal and pull up. The new one goes right in with a press, and it is sealed and ready to go. These are a great value over the much-overpriced brand name ones, and do as good, or better of a job. I highly recommend! Definitely a high-value purchase. The 6-pack lasts a long time, and installation was super smooth. It fits my Brita dispenser effortlessly. The water quality and taste are noticeably better, removing that chlorine odor straight away. Knowing it's WQA/NSF certified gives me great peace of mind as well. Will definitely buy again!

Good filters.... Thumbs up. Easy to use, Quick water flow, Size fits various of filters.... Something happened to the plumbing where we're at, so, the water was terrible and couldn't be used for nothing, but, these filters definitely helped.... Reduced the chalky, Weird metal taste and everything else.. Better thn bottled water. Possibly better than Brita..?

Does a nice job filtering out the impurities and bad taste of my local water. Filter doesn't last as long as the name brand option but with the pricing it works out to be an excellent swap. My local water is challenging to any filter so happy with the results. Good water flow, fits into my existing Brita perfectly, doesn't clog. Considering how much water I filter daily for myself and my dog, this is an economical option I'm glad to find.

Not a good fit for a PUR 7 cup filter pitcher

I decided to try these after noticing how expensive the branded replacement filters had become locally. Preparation was simple - just a quick soak in cold water to remove any trapped air bubbles before installation. The filter dropped right into my Brita pitcher without any issues. After completing the two initial filtering cycles and discarding the water as directed, the filtered water tasted clean and fresh with no noticeable off-flavors. So far, the performance has been exactly what I was hoping for, and the lower cost compared to the name-brand filters makes these an easy choice for future replacements.

I buy these for my daughter so she can take the water pitcher with her to college, even though the little light doesn’t go on telling you to change the filter I want to change them every month just because the thought of all the creepy crawlers in the water is upsetting to me if these things are upsetting to you also Invest in the pack of filters the quality of the filter is good. You never taste chlorine or anything bitter the description of the product itself is accurate and it does fit the picture that is stated the water filters rather quickly, and they are easy to install, remove and reinstall a new one. This is an Amazon basic brand, but in a blind taste test, I would say it was made by the Britta company itself because there is no difference whatsoever. The description is very very accurate

These filters fit perfectly in my Brita pitcher with no issues at all. The water tastes normal with no weird aftertaste, and they seem to do exactly what a Brita filter is supposed to do. I did not notice any difference compared to the name brand version. Overall, this is a perfectly acceptable and more affordable alternative.
