Unfortunately the shipper had other plans.....Out of a service of 12 we ended up with a 4 pc place setting...:-( The set was beautiful....Wish things had turned out differently

We had a problem with a flaw in the paintwork on the salad plates. Amazon appealed to Pfalpzgraff and the rejected our claim. Pfalpzgraff even admitted that their could be imperfections, but still denied our claim. I won't make the mistake of buying something like this, online, again.

Much thinner material than if used to be. Asking the same money for lesser quality is not good.

I bought these last May through Amazon. They have NOT held up under daily use. The edges chip VERY easily. Not up to the usual Pfaltzgraff quality.

I thought I was buying quality dishes when they were Pfaltzgraff Sedona dinnerware, but I can't get over how easily I have found that the paint on the rim of the coffee cup is chipping off. I am not happy with these dishes.

worst product ever. first use these were falling apart. literally chips in your food. Didn't have the boxes and asked seller for help to return. no answer. don't buy this. its garbage.
