Limescale Gel 500g

Wear safety goggles! I’m trying to clean calcium off the natural stone “tile” surrounding my pool. I’ve tried nearly everything. Biodex SR3 Viakal Leslie’s scale reducer Laylor scale softener. Biodex was too powerful. The acid ate right into the stones. The Viakal has thickeners in it. Kind of a gel. It seems to work well, as does the SR3. If you watch it, maybe the Biodex would work. Get a couple good stainless wire brushes. Pre brush stone well. Apply a glob to the brush, add a bit of water. Scrub the stone. A thick white liquid will appear. Scrub it well. Leave it on an hour. Brush off… One technique that worked well: Drop level in pool or spa. Make some strips of paper towel the width that is the height of the tile stones. Lather the stone as before. Squeeze some onto the paper towel and place it over the stone(s). Let it sit for hours. Peel it off, scrub with brush and water.

Sometimes products don't work as well as hoped, but this stuff is the bomb. Easily wiped and cleaned glassed-in shower and removed stubborn limescale (Florida hard water). No scrubbing, no scratching. Great product.

I bought this product to clean the Corian walls in the shower. While being a good product, it didn’t take off the limescale. In fact, it dulled the corian. Very easy to use and does shine beautifully the chrome bathroom fixtures.

Great works well on water stains

This is THE BEST on the market! We have hard water even with a softener installed and the limescale is real. Nothing removes I from my faucets until I used this product. It does all the work for you, even if there is months of buildup, just use a little bit of elbow grease and your fixtures are good as new. It’s worth the money unless you like to replace your fixtures every couple years.

This stuff effortlessly removed hard water stains from my shower door that I've been struggling to clean for years! Buy it! Though it says it's a gel, it is really closer to a liquid. It may be thicker than water, but it doesn't really "cling" to a shower door - it definitely runs. But application with a rag did the trick. I waited a few minutes and then wiped off. I couldn't believe the glass was clear! It does say to keep away from acid sensitive materials, so I avoided getting it on the aluminum shower frame. I expect that it's an acid that's stronger than vinegar (which I'd also unsuccessfully tried).

I thought it would get my glass shower doors clean, clear. I might try again and leave on longer. Strong smell, keep doors open, fan/vent.

Este producto es muy útil, elimina la cal en segundos. Ya lo utilizaba en España y por eso no dude en comprarlo cuando lo vi en Amazon.com. También hago limpieza de lavadora y lavavajillas con Viakal para eliminar la cal de estos electrodomésticos para que funcionen a la perfección. También lo utilizo para la ropa blanca. Queda muy limpia.

Imprescindible para limpiar los lavabos y la grifería. El agua de Madrid es malísima —lo dice un madrileño—, lleva años teniendo muchísima cal y te deja los grifos manchados, un asco. Así que echo unas gotas de esto sobre una bayeta y queda todo como nuevo. El efecto dura unos días. También va fantástico para limpiar cristal de Murano: todo lo que tenga manchas de cal lo deja impecable. A mí me lo recomendó una señora en Italia, y bendita la hora en que le hice caso.

Der Entkalker ist sehr wirksam und ergiebig. Er ist dickflüssig und lässt sich leicht auftragen. Ich konnte damit auch die Düsen unserer Seitenduschen problemlos entkalken. Aufgetragen, einwirken lassen und dann mit einer kleinen Bürste (Zahnbürste) reinigen - sie sind wie neu! Ich kann diesen Entkalker sehr empfehlen!
