Python No Spill Clean and Fill Aquarium Gravel Tube Hose Extension, 20-Feet

I have been playing with fitting my Python to my various faucets inside for some time now, and although I did get it to work, I finally decided to get this extension so that I can use the outside hose connection for the Python, which fits perfectly, rather than messing with the inside faucets. TOTALLY worth the extra $$, now all the water drips are outside, my Python screws on to the hose connection without any more fuss, wish I'd done this sooner :) Bottom line, if your Python does not fit your inside faucet, see how far you have to go to reach the hose connection on the outside of your hose and get the extension. Sure it's a little extra money spent on the Python but it'll save you some head aches and F-bombs in the future as your fish tank cleaning will go so much smoother :) (PS. And my fish tank temperature does not drop much from not adjusting the water temperature, which I obviously can't do with the outdoor faucets..... per the "fish people" in the store, it's nothing more than what an occasional rainfall would do to the water out in nature and so far, my fishies don't seem to mind the occasional and very small drop in temperature when I fill their tank)

I moved into a new apartment and placed my 29g fish tank in the farthest corner in the room...which is the only corner that made sense. However, because of this...y current Python did not reach the kitchen sink. So, I needed to purchase this 25' extension to reach the sink! It worked perfectly. I had no problem adding it to my current Python and best of all...I didn't need to use an adaptor on the faucet! This extension was just what I needed in order to avoid carting a bucket back and forth. On the fence about whether or not to get it...definitely do so. It's inexpensive and a great help to any fish enthusiast!

Purchased as a replacement for my original Python hose that was getting a little worse for wear from normal use. Swapped everything out with ease and my entire system is back to like-new condition. Would work great as a replacement or just an extension. Personally I think this one is made of thinner material, an dit makes winding it up for storage a tad easier. Overall great purchase.

This is a lifesaver and makes water changes a breeze.

Great quality product. The only problem is that due to friction loss, you have decreased suction and increased cleaning time.

Have had it for over a year so it's taken quite a beating and still no leaks, no issues. Had to spend an hour at the harware store trying to rig a way to connect it to the shower since none of my other taps around the house have a thread. But once that was figured out it's been reliable every time

75, 6”, 55 and 40 breeder. The 40 breeder is upstairs and I run my Python from the kitchen sink. That didn’t reach upstairs so decided to invest in an extension. Now I can run it from the kitchen or the shower upstairs. Got a attachment from Home Depot, remove shower head and that’s that. Please save yourself the strain and headache over stressing cleaning tanks. I love the extension and Python water changing system in general really rocks! Buy it.

I had purchased the original length which worked perfect, however after relocating my beautiful fishes upstairs I needed more length. My only concern was the possibility of leaks. Concerns put to rest. The attachment was perfect and operated as if one peice, I actually just leave it attached now. Really good product, makes the job easier and gets it done.

I needed an extension for my python hose as I set up a fish tank further away from my water source. It connects easily and no leaks, which is critical.

Great extension for my Python water changer. The quality is always up to par. I just wish they went on sale once in a while. 😂
