No, it doesn't. It's the cup and a cotton bag to store it in. I bought a microwave striker cup separately.

Hello! Thanks for your question! :) We recommend measuring the height of your cervix as well. We would recommend the Saalt Small for a user with a low cervix and the Saalt Regular for a user with a high cervix. It sounds like based on your flow you would be able to use either size. Many users can use either size Saalt Cup, but you'll be able to decide based on your unique anatomy and your flow. When you measure your cervix, insert a finger into your vaginal canal. Your cervix feels like the tip of your nose, and you'll base your cervix height on how far your finger is inserted when you can feel your cervix. If you insert your finger and can only insert to a first or second knuckle, you probably have a low cervix (Saalt Small). If you can reach your entire finger in before touching your cervix, you likely have a high cervix (Saalt Regular). We hope this helps! :)

How does it compare with the organicup? I found that one very uncomfortable and could feel the stem.

I have used both and prefer the Saalt. It is MUCH softer, and the stem is flatter with soft edges.
