This one, but this one!!!Second time using this screen replacement, highly recommend! The tools are everything you need, the included screen protector is thick and works great. The screen may not be exactly the same quality as the original, but clear, crisp and responsive enough that I ordered a second when I needed it! I’m not a tech person, I’m a SAHM, it was a simple enough replacement for me, with a YouTube video.

This kit is exactly what i needed. This display is crisper and sharper than the factory screen. It is nice, bright, and highly responsive. This kit is perfect because it comes with everything you need to replace the screen (minus heat gun). I also like that it comes with a glass screen protector. The price of this kit is very competitive, at just under $40 this is half the price of the phone repair store. The installation instructions are great and very detailed.

My son demolished the screen on his iPhone 11. He was picking up a 25 lb rock when the phone fell out of his pocket and then he dropped the rock on the phone. Toast. When I looked into what a screen replacement from an authorized repair shop would cost, it was more than the phone was worth. I imagine that's by design. But I wasn't going to do that. So I watched some YouTube videos, settled on the more expensive (because more expensive means better, right?) of the replacement screens on Amazon, and decided I could do it myself. I'm a pretty handy guy, I have done more extreme stuff with $15,000 motorcycles than I was imagining doing to my kid's $300 phone, and I've built more than a couple computers from parts, so I wasn't all that worried about it. The job itself is pretty straightforward, especially if you watch a few videos. The thing no one seems to want to talk about, though, is these screws are TINY. There are a few that are legitimately smaller than a breadcrumb. They come out just fine, but it took me hours to get them back in. I bet I spent 15-20 minutes per screw, and there are a lot of them. I could have had this job done in less than an hour otherwise, but It took me close to 3 hours. Again, I'm not an idiot around a screwdriver, these are just extremely small screws. There was a point at which I was fairly convinced I'd never get the phone put back together. Eventually I did. And everything seems to work just fine, although the screen itself seems a little bit dimmer than the factory screen. Otherwise, this does what it's supposed to do. But I will NEVER be doing this again. After I factor in the value of my time, it would have been cheaper to pay someone to do it. The tools provided do what they're intended to. But I'd say they're clearly not supposed to be long-lasting. I'll throw some of them in the toolbox for occasional use, and some of them in the garbage. The screen protector is a nice touch. A lot of the videos don't seem very explicit about it, but be sure to put the replacement gasket on before you reattach the ribbon cables on the new screen. It does give the warning about the phone being unable to verify the screen is a legitimate Apple product. It's easily dismissible, and the manufacturer says that will go away eventually. If it doesn't, it's not that big of a deal. But again, it's not my phone, so I suppose it could be to you. Long story short: this is all doable, but it's very tricky. Especially if you have old eyes and old fingers. Best of luck.

Unreliable. Obviously I’m not expecting it to perform as well as a genuine Apple display, but this fell way off the mark.. causing battery to heat up frequently, battery rapid draining, often unresponsive, scrolling and interacting on its own especially when I put the phone on the wireless charging dock. A lot of these are momentarily resolved when I restart my phone, but definitely replacing with a genuine Apple display later. Update: I would give this 0 stars if I could. Decided to replace it immediately after I woke up one morning and my screen was locked for an hour cuz the display was interacting with the lock screen password all night on its own. Just like one of the other reviews stated, the iPhone 12 was designed with an OLED display, not this LCD garbage. Paid ~$107 for an OLED display from iFixit and everything about the display (color, functionality, response, battery consumption) is as right as rain. My only regret is I decided to give this LCD display a chance instead of returning it as soon as I noticed those obvious issues.

Product was packaged well with all necessary tools and supplies to complete the job. I was very impressed with the quality of the product. I will buy this product brand in the future.
