Great fun for a group
We played this with another family (10 people total). We played in two groups, three groups and four groups. The first time we played we had a BLAST. It was so much fun. After that, it was definitely entertaining. It lost some of the fun, I feel, because the groups discovered "cheats" that made the game go faster. For instance, after the first game, a yellow circle always meant sun and a green block on something brown meant grass or earth. First discovering these ideas is exciting and hilarious. But when they just become part of the game it loses a little of its luster. It's still fun, though. One thing we discovered right off: Ditch the crappy string that comes with the kit. We got a nice piece of flexible twine. You'll want something that holds its shape when manipulated. Another suggestion is to assemble your own items and substitute just to keep the game fresh. For instance, we traded all of the blocks for colored mini marshmallows for one game. Pretty hilarious.

Tons of fun!
I purchased this as the family Christmas game. We have pretty exacting standards, and we loved it! My mom described it as being like Pictionary without the pencil. Initially, it was kind of daunting, but even our least creative family members got into it. The only drawback, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that the string, which we wanted to be an integral part of most of our creations, was really difficult to manipulate. Other than that, it was a really fun and creative game, which we all loved.

Fun group game
This was a good game to involve a group of various ages (playing with people ages 8-80) and levels of creativity. Even though it is similar to Pictionary, the fact that the players use different objects to portray the words on the cards lends itself to good use of imagination and many laughs. The length of time it takes to play is relatively short (about 1/2 hour), so it doesn't get boring and our guests left wanting to play again the next time they come over. The only minor down side to the game is that even some of the "easy" words were too difficult for several of the players. Even so, it didn't detract from the fun of the game.

Fun for everyone
I have a cousin that is deaf and a lot of board games are hard for her to play, or she gets bored with them easily. I bought this game and we played it at Christmas and everyone loves it especially her. I can't seem to find it right now, I think she may have kept it to play with her friends. It really makes you use your imagination, and sometimes it can be difficult to make some of the words out of 1 item, but guessing is half the fun!

So bad, we didn't even finish
We are a family of college educated game people in our 50s, two of which are artists. We love a challenge, but this was too hard to be fun. Try making "huge" with a piece of string, a couple popsicle sticks, blocks and beads, and some abstract people shapes without animating the pieces -- and with your eyes closes. That was one of the "easy" cards. Some of the cards were simple, like "knot", but others were ridiculously hard. In every turn, you are limited in some way, like only using 3 or 5 pieces, working with your weak hand, or working with eyes closed. It was just frustrating -- absolutely no fun at all. I am debating whether I should donate it (and subject some other unsuspecting soul to torture) or just throw it away. If you want a game for a small group, try Time's Up, 25 Words or Less, Word on the Street, or Taboo.

Fun, but looks better than it is
The game is quite difficult actually. My main complaint is the string that comes with it. It is a really short piece of leather and is hard to use to make shapes with. I've only played it once since Christmas 2010

Near misss
Good idea and fun for the first 2 clues. The range of items is just too limited and poorly thought out to be really fun. Pity, as it is a novel and good idea. We tried adding things to it, but these were cheap and readily available household items (a pipe cleaner, some pins, clay etc) and we could have made our own little kit for under 5$.

Really fun game
My family and I really had fun with this game. It makes you think, and can be really hard at times. Watching someone trying to act out the word with eyes closed, or only with the non-dominant hand can be really funny. Be sure to shuffle all the cards together. The words are in alphabetical order when you open the box, and you'll be missing half the alphabet if you don't shuffle the 2 card stacks together. Definitely recommended!
