The machine is great at relieving tension and stiffness in your back! I would highly recommend! I am glad I bought it.

Works as described.

Great a little (foam?) roller that will shake your brains out on the highest setting. Even the base setting is quite strong and adds a nice massaging sensation (akin to the 'ouch it hurts so good' with a deep tissue massage) as you're stretching out your back and sides. It's compact, so if you have a larger frame, you may want to find a slightly larger roller as this is compact; the plus? You can quite literally take it with you to the gym and use this over the plain, and gross, rollers. Strong enough to also use on your neck and shoulders if your hands are gargantuan enough to hold this shaking beast of a machine. As others have mentioned, it's very firm -more hard plastic than foam, so take it easy when you first start using it to get accustomed to both its firmness and the strength of the vibration. -1 star for the firmness. Came 75% charged, which was a nice touch.

I ordered this because I kept having calf cramps/strains from running. I tried all sorts of other things (stretching, heat, ice, etc) and nothing would stop my calves from continually straining. Finally, someone recommended I roll my calves with a foam roller. I went online and ordered a regular roller and decided to order this one also to give this a try. Man oh man, did this one do the trick! I read several reviews that stated this was TOO heavy on the vibration and painful. I did not find this to be the case at all. It has several settings, including a rolling intensity of vibration which is what I prefer. This is wide enough that I can roll out both of my calves at the same time (and I am 5'11", 205 lbs) and I have found that if I do this for 10-15 min before a run (I run 4-5 miles every other day) and 15 min after my run, I don't get any calf cramping at all! I have also tried this on my back and lat area when I work out with weights and it does great in loosening up those muscles also! I really like this roller and would highly recommend it to anyone that has tightening muscle issues, especially on the legs.

Definitely helps with the neuropathy in my feet and the numbness in my legs! I can just sit and watch tv while massaging away!

Haven’t used the product but it came with pet hair on it. I did not purchase a refurb or used product. We have not pets due to a pretty intense allergy. Was disappointed that it was sold as new and came with pet dander on it.

This was recommended to me by a friend who is in the physical therapy/massage and wellness industry. I was in a lot of pain in my leg due to an injury and after one session with her I felt much better. She recommended that I use this unit to continue working my muscles and circulation. After purchasing and using this for the last couple of weeks it’s been incredible. This is very powerful and compact. I now travel with it and cannot be happier with the quality and durability of this unit. Great buy!!

Good quality, worth the money. You can use it as a regular roller as well, but works much better with vibrating function on. Battery life is pretty good. It's a little fussy about which USB cable you use. I use it every night to get the kinks out of my lower back and shoulders and it has been great. Would recommend for sure.
