Simplicity 1823 Bags Designed with Love by Sara Sewing Pattern, Size OS (One Size)

This is a good pattern for basic shapes. The Hobo bag is really easy to make. The Messenger bag is a little more complicated because the instructions are not as clear (they use the term facing on the flap instead of lining) but if you take it slow and use you own logic it works out nicely. I haven't made the Backpack yet. I cut out my pattern pieces and iron them onto waxed paper so that they have more body, then I have some standard pattern pieces I can modify later if I want to and they don't tear every time I use them. Oh, how I wish pattern companies would use stronger paper.

Very expensive pattern. But I couldn’t find one here, so I had to pay the price.

I just love this product. Not only did it come with the patterns....but also guidelines as to how to construct the bags. I cant wait to get started on my first bag. If you're into crafts and would like to try something cool....this is the product to purchase

A good selection of different bags. Easy to follow instructions with details of how to do the patchwork too. Each bag is different and meet all my needs.

Pattern arrived promptly. Have made the rucksack adapted the pattern slightly to make padded straps. My daughter absolutely loves it!
