Though I haven't had these for long enough to attest to the long-term durability, these bands are pretty to look at and appear to be well-made. They also offer a nice range of resistance, and the price was reasonable. Additionally, they stay in place & don't roll. As of this juncture, I can sincerely recommend these bands to others.

Looking using this for myworkouts at home! great for leg and squat workouts! Very durable! I only use the purple one though. The other ones I will probably give them to my sister.

I’m not a big exercise geek and this one I copied from my sister. It’s a great workout tool, especially if you want to just sit and exercise at the same time. I love the levels of tension among the band.

I’m in love! I’ve tried a couple other resistance bands before these (the rubber ones) and I have always been disappointed. These are amazing. They don’t roll at all. With other bands I usually stick to the highest resistance but with these I’ve had to start with the light and medium and eventually work my way up to the high. I’m happy with that though, usually I didn’t get much use of the light and medium ones! The only thing I wish was that these came with a bigger bag, they’re pretty thick and fit really snug in the little bag. Overall, I highly recommend!

These are very nice resistant bands. They really put you to work. I really like the middle resistance (pink) really works me, hopefully I will be able to move up to purple soon. If you want more resistance and the purple one is too hard. Try using the pink and green together.

This is not a plus size , thick thighs friendly product. It did not fit around my thighs. I’m a size 16/18 in plants. 255lbs for reference! Plus size ladies please read before you buy !Other than that they are very thick bands, very strong, material seems durable.

These are easy to put on and don’t roll up like the rubber bands do. If the bands aren’t on top of clothing they do grab tiny hairs and can slip. There’s an unpleasant smell when you first open them.
