What a hearty lock! High quality, easy to program passcode. Love how the combo digits are located underneath bottom with a protective rubber flap. Built to last. Great design. No regrets here. Glad we purchased.

This lock has held up amazing over three 100 degree F summers and snowy single digit winters.The instructions were easy to follow and the lock still works smoothly after these couple years.The only tiny down side is that the little rubber cover over the numbers does fall off sometimes. It’s easy to put back on as long as you can find it.Definitely recommend

This lock is a great lock. It’s heavy and a nice silver color. The issue we have is that the numbers aren’t quite visible making it difficult to open and use. The lock does work great though. The price is fair considering how well made it is.

I'm not big on keyed locks but I'm not wild about combo locks either. With that said this lock is very sturdy and the configuration of the numbers on the lock make it a little easier in my opinion to enter the combination. It functions very smoothly and after a couple of months in use in the outside elements it continues to perform well. I would definitely purchase this again.

The locks arrived on time, thanks to Amazon. The boxes that the individual locks were in are flimsy and the ends were not closed so the locks were free to move about. No damage was done. Given how difficult blister packs are to open, I prefer the flimsy boxes.It is real easy to set your own combination and no special key is necessary to put the lock into the reset mode. Master has another lock that does require a special key for setting the combination. I returned those locks.Some people complained that when the lock is open, the combination dials cannot be spun and this allows the combination to be read by anyone with access to the open lock. This is true. This is a function of dial type locks. I have other devices with this type of lock and I can live with it.Both sides of the shackle have the indent meaning that both sides of the shackle are secured when locked, vs. a weaker lock with an indent on only the free side of the shackle.The locks seem secure and well made.

I have purchased 4 of these locks in the last 5 months. Three of them have jammed. The fourth is rarely unlocked so I’m expecting it to jam fairly soon. Customer service suggested I put a lubricant on them. No luck! I’ll be returning the one most recently purchased and look for a different product.

Used it on a PODS traveling from NY to California. It made the trip with out any issues. People who saw the lock were impressed by it, saying that this lock is much safe than any key operated locks. For key locks can be easily picked.

Yup - it's a big lock. I wanted something weatherproof for my greenhouse door. Too many good tools in there. It was very easy to program my desired combination, and the action is smooth. In other reviews there were remarks about the rubber cover to the bottom (where the number wheels are) coming off, but so far mine is holding up well. Even if that part doesn't last, water will fall down around it and drain I'd imagine. We'll see over this next winter.
