I wouldn't assign myself the name "grillmaster" (although there are some would disagree), but I've been doing it for quite a while now, and know my stuff. But this magnet had information I didn't know, and more importantly, serves as a reminder of information that you often forget while both grilling and entertaining guests. It's well-formatted so that the information is easy to find & read, without being cluttered or wasting any space. The convenience of it being a magnet is great - I stuck it on the (cool part of my) grill, and it'll be there every time I need it. I'm definitely a fan, and will be picking up some more for gifts.

Sticks to the inside door of my BBQ where I can refer to it as needed. You could print the temps out on paper as I'd done before buying this. That works too, but I found it was getting mucked up with grease or whatever plus being outside, even in the BBQ door, it would get wet. After a while I'd have to print another copy. I finally decided to go with a longer-lasting solution and this fits that need. Be aware that magnets don't stick to all stainless steel. I planned on putting this on the outside of my BBQ (for example, on the lid), but found it just barely stuck and would slide off over time. Therefore, I stuck it on the inside door where it sticks much better. This works fine. It does have the company's name & advertising at the top. I thought about cutting that off which would be easy, but then decide it's just a meat temperature thermometer that goes on the inside of my BBQ so it wasn't worth the effort. If it actually stuck to the outside I would have cut it off though with scissors.

I totally love it. I do not have the space in my brain for the temperature of every type cooked meat. I used to try to cook pork and chicken "until the pink went away" but my sausages and pork were often dry. It turns out that color of meat is pH dependent and not exclusively temperature. So I was overcooking my poor little sausages. Having the right temperature at my fingertips, technically at the fridge, greatly improved my cooking. Not too much heat too long, It was a little tough to convince my mother when she was served "pinkish" meat but I showed her the magnet. I appreciate the examples listed of the different types of each meat (ground, steak, brisket, etc..)

This is nice to reference when I'm looking for meat temps. This sits near my stove on the Fridge so I can easily take a look when I'm cooking to a specific level of doneness. Just as a quick reference every cook, in every kitchen should have something like this to use as a cheat sheet. Glad I picked one up!!

This product is very helpful for people who cook at home. It is a magnet and putting it on the fridge makes for an easy reference. You will need a meat thermometer though since this guide is for internal meat temperatures which indicate level of "done-ness." I bought this as a gift and would do it again.

Super convenient if you’re forgetful!

Quite expensive for what it is but conversely it does have all the relevant temperatures I need for use when BBQing. Many similar items only have temperatures in Fahrenheit but this does have both and it is a nice size to stick by the grill. As others have said make sure it isn't in a position where it will get too hot! Star deducted purely because of purchase price. Edit: At less than a year old and despite being under cover for all of it's life this item has started to delaminate, expected better.

Card is what I wanted however it is under magnetised as it will not stick to back of stainless still door as I was hoping. Lack there a gas cylinder close by and sticks to it no issue. Basically it serves as a reference and temp reminder they is easy to check at a glance. Has the information I need.
