Just what I needed for baking bread, bigger than most baking tins and just enough for one person 😋. Just one advise always use grease proof paper, nightmare to clean otherwise. Could be a bit cheaper but still worth getting.

I bake both gluten free bread for myself and normal full wheat bread for the family, the smaller tins caused problems supporting the gluten free bread mixes, so I bought one of this brand of Pullman bread tins...it has completely changed my bread baking...the images show #1 a gluten free loaf and #2 a full wheat loaf. It’s very difficult to see any difference in the loaf, thanks to this tin supporting the difficult bread mix and allowing it to cook perfectly. If you bake any kind of bread this Pullman pan will improve your results, if like me you need to back difficult gluten free bread and struggle, this pan can certainly help get better bread... I await stock to reorder another tin so I can bake both types in the same oven together... Cleaning is easy and the finish is excellent,the price is right and you get a quality product at a fair price...

I previously bought the same tin in a larger size. They both work very well. The bread bakes beautifully and comes out easily without any need to grease the mould.

It’s a really solid tin - good quality and produces a nice looking loaf of bread. I grease it with lard and have not had a problem with getting the bread out. It slips out easily. I wash it in warm soapy water, dry it and pop it into the warm oven to thoroughly dry, as there are places where water can accumulate.

Good product works well

I have baked quite a few loaves in this now. It is the *perfect* size and shape for me. I like to make tasty loaves and occasionally I want to make a toasted sandwich with the accessory for my Dualit toaster. I make loaves of 450 gm strong bread flour, yeast, a teaspoon or less of salt, a half teaspoon of non-diastatic malt powder. This is just right to get a loaf which absolutely rise to fit this tin and have great texture and flavour. The finished loaf is beautifully and evenly baked so I guess those vents in the bottom and the corrugated surfaces really do work as intended. So far so good. However the non-stick coating on these tins is third rate. I followed the manufacturer's directions to the letter but the inner lid still lost a few flakes of the coating on the first loaf baked. I notice with each subsequent loaf that there are little spots of non-stick coating missing from all sides. Every bake I make sure the tin has a little warm butter evenly applied to all surfaces. I've never had any sticking. The finished loaf slips out. But the non-stick coating is deteriorating every time! It's not a cheap loaf tin and I have other traditional (no lid, shallower) non-stick tins which didn't lose their coating after years, despite no particular attention or care. In UK this shape of tin is rather unusual and there isn't a great choice, but I might try to find one of the same design but without the non-stick coating. It's no great effort to butter a tin or use baking sheets.

Ottimo articolo, ben fatto e robusto. Il pane risulta uguale, anzi migliore del pane da toast che trovi in negozio. Facile da pulire e da usare. Lo consiglio. Unico accorgimento: una volta usato, lasciare raffreddare, pulire con un panno morbido e un po' di detersivo per piatti, sciacquare e una volta asciutto passare uno scottex con dell'olio di oliva. Dura una vita!
