DEWALT Heavy Duty USB A to Lightning Cable [Apple MFi Certified], 6FT

I got tired of replacing cheap cables, so I decided to try to find a durable one. This one fits the bill. It looks (and is) well made. I particularly like the rubber grips around the plugs that should give it a pretty long life. I use it to charge my phone if I'm sitting on the sofa, so the length is just right. This easily charges both my iPhone and iPad. A little more expensive than the cheap cables you can find on Amazon, but you won't replace them nearly as often (and I doubt they will arrive DOA as some of those other cables have done with me).

The charging speed is adequate. The rate I calculated was 2 mins per 1% charge with the phone powered on. Where 15% will take about 30 mins. But that rate is subject to change due to many variables. So might speed up rate. The integrity of the cord design is really great for heavy use. I recommend compared to other designs. Worth the money.

I always break the ends where cord attaches to phone. This cord is reinforced there and is sturdy. Well worth the money

High quality cable, good connections. Might even get a second for my personal vehicle.

Update: July 29,2026 It finally died tonight. So what I will say is for a regular person this is the charger! For a chord killer this is the charger for you! This lasted a year after my very messy very accident prone kiddo. I will be buying more and keep it on hand. So far my 10 year old daughter has had this for a little over 4 months and it’s not broken yet. Which is saying something considering she has brutally slain at least 6 chargers since 2023 😂. If she breaks it I’ll update. But so far so good. Definitely buying more for my creative charger butchers 😁

While it stopped working after a few months, Seller was willing to fully refund me.
