A must have for any kitchen
C&H sugar has always been a great product. When I saw the great deal for a two pound bag of two, I jumped on it. It a great product to cook and bake with and simply stay stocked up on. Sugar quality, taste, value for money is all on point. The moisturizer level is great, but you want to keep it in a air tight container.

This is NOT C & H Sugar!!!!
Shame on myfulfillMATE and Amazon for partnering with a company that sells copycat C & H when it is Dominos. The packaging looks identical with the exception of the small part on the back that says the real manufacturer. On the real C and H they are listed as manufacturer and on this sugar it says Dominos in New York. When I pulled the plastic bag of sugar out of the box it felt too hard. Then I went into my pantry and pulled out the bag of sugar I still have left (That is legit C & H). It felt much softer and had a little different color.

Consistently a high quality product. C and h has been a staple in my kitchen for decades and will continue to be.

It showed up hard as a rock, but I found a solution online...
Rock hard. To soften it, I added a sopping wet handcloth to the bag and sealed it shut overnight. A white layer appears, but that is only the molasses separating from the sugar. Works like a charm!
