better directions will help. I would send it back but it was cheap enough so it was not worth the trouble

This is the only product I can rely on to keep my houseplants in top shape when we travel. It really works great ---just follow directions. I use several on the very large plants. (I learned the hard way, though, not to leave it in a plant long term, just because it works so well. The roots will eventually grow ino the base and stop it up!) For it's intended use, it's terrific! Tried others, including those that fit on water bottles and they do not work at all!

I wasted a washer and drowned the first plant that I tried the system on. I presumed that the white disk that was stuck to the washer should be removed. It should not. Once I realized that, the second washer and the system seem to we working fine. I'll know for sure in three weeks!

This product did not work as explained. It was supposed to water slowly for 3 weeks. As soon as I started using it went down a couple inches on 2 of them. Was not gone a week and they were already empty. Cannot reach Jobe by phone and they did not respond to text message. Would appreciate some assistance. Thank you for your follow up

I planned to buy at least 2 dozens of these bottles before taking a three-week vacation, I'm glad I bought one to try out. I pressed and set the filter real firm in the cap and filled up the bottle with water. The next morning only half amount of water was left in the bottle. I felt I wasted $ 6.

I have read 3 or 4 bad reviews of this product.. I also had problems at the beginning- with water not flowing properly or dumping all the water within minutes. But I think in the first case I put 2 filters in by accident, and in the second case, I installed the filter backwards. Once I had them properly assembled, they have worked perfectly and I just ordered 3 more.! I am updating this review in 2017- When Amazon only had 2 of these left, I ordered the terracotta watering system and the plant spikes. When I came home from vacation all the plants were dead except the 2 that had the JOBES watering system. I am throwing the others away.
