This stuff has really helped me drift off to sleep.
I've only been using this cream for over a week, but I can say with gratitude that it really does help me fall asleep. I have had sleeping problems for 45 years, and nothing helps. I take multiple medications at night to help me sleep, but sometimes it takes forever to drift off. This has changed that. I rub it into my temples, then rub the rest on my forehead and cheeks. It doesn't take much, just a very small amount, like dime sized. It has a pleasant, but not strong smell, and feels very light and silky smooth. In a half hour or so, I have fallen asleep watching tv. That is something that has never happened to me before. I love it. I wanted to try it out myself before recommending it to my daughter, who also suffers from insomnia. I am going to give her my jar and order another.

Not the intended use. But ... even better!
So I bought this cream wishfully thinking maybe it would help me sleep, but figuring it couldn’t hurt… I could smell the lavender when I put it on. A little goes a long way and it was soothing but I didn’t really particularly notice that it helped me sleep but maybe ...Today I scaulded myself with steam when opening a pot of boiling water on my stove. It hit mostly one finger and wasn’t too bad but it burned like crazy. I’ve dealt with that for like two hours and couldn’t believe I don’t have any burn cream. I looked online for recipes for something to help with burns because I have essential oils and what not and I saw that lavender is supposed to help with burns. I don’t happen to have any lavender essential oil because it’s a smell I’m not super fond of but I remembered smelling the lavender in the cream so I thought why not try it? it’s lavender and chamomile and those both sounded pretty soothing. I put some on and the pain immediately went away. It was really quite amazing. Now this wasn’t a bad burn but it was enough that it’s done and burned for hours. I’m amazed I don’t market it for burn relief. I admit the relief was somewhat of short duration so I had to keep reapplying it but only a small amount at a time and well worth the effort. So, I’m not sure about helping you sleep because I’m a pretty serious insomniac so nothing much helps me (not even ambian always helps) but I sure am glad that I bought it!

Really Works!
This is a good cream. After reading the reviews on Amazon...I took the advice of the people who said to rub the cream into the soles of your feet. I also rub it into my temples, neck and hands and wrists. I’ve been sleeping very well. This cream is priced reasonably and smells lovely. Would recommend.

Didn't work.
This cream is very light and has a light lavender scent. Not heavy. However, it didn't do anything for me. It didn't help me sleep and I didn't feel any calmer after using it. A nice cream for your hands. I used the whole jar with no results.

Great product. Works well.
Powerful fragrance of lavender. Smooth, creamy lotion texture. You don't need much.I opt to put on my belly under my sleep shirt so I'm not overpowered by the smell as I drift off to sleep. I do find that I sleep deeper when I use it and that I also have a slightly more difficult time getting up in the morning. I'm a morning person so I typically jump out of bed ready to go. I feel like this product makes me a bit more like the rest of the world. I move slower, yawn, walk around and defrost while I drink my tea and then I'm ready to face my day. For this reason, I'll only use this when I'm actively under a lot of stress that is causing insomnia or bad dreams that impact a full sleep cycle. Its a nice tool to have at the ready, though. I think its a good product.

Great for dry skin whether or not it helps you sleep
I don't know if this really helps me sleep, but I am a total insomniac, so don't judge that by my experience. What I do like: it's an awesome cream for dry skin. I am using it on my feet at night because it really softens them, and I'm hoping a bonus is that it will help me relax at night as well. The scent is pleasant as long as you like lavender. I started using it on my arms also as my skin is very dry. So - if you are looking for something to help you sleep and relax, it probably works. If you are looking for a nice cream for very, very dry skin and a foot cream, this is a good bet for you.

Too watery
It smells great but it’s not really a lotion. Not thick at all. Very watery, I was pretty disappointed. Won’t be buying again and do not recommend unless you’re looking for like a glorified essential oil with some melatonin in it.

Fitbit confirms that I sleep better.
I have taken melatonin pools for years with reasonable success. But recently I was trying to find a way to cut back on fluids before bed, when I stumbled across this melatonin cream. I figured it would be less fluid to use the cream so I bought some. This has been wonderful! it works very well, I use it as my face and neck cream at night and I do sleep better. I wear a Fitbit to bed and I know that I'm nights that I use melatonin cream I have fewer restless wake up moments. I also have become aware that on nights when I forget to use it, I don't sleep as well. When I wake up in the morning and say "well that was a bad night" I look back and say "I forgot my melatonin cream.". I am ordering my 2nd bottle
