Fantastic quality easy to assemble done in around 20mins.The table and chairs are very sturdy if put together correctly. Some people have said the table is not sturdy.Please note when putting together you need to make sure that the table clicks together correctly and that you use all the screws provided and fit the rubber pads on the bottom of the legs we have had no problems with the table it's very sturdy.It's extremely easy to assemble if done correctly and is very well made.The chairs are very comfortable and the stools fit underneath the chairs so the whole set looks like a cube.It's worth every penny.The set looks fantastic in the garden.Just remember to follow the included assembly instructions step by step and you will have a fantastic garden set for many years to come.It's very easy to clean with just a quick wipe over definitely a all weather garden set that looks stunning.

The product itself is great and have bought this outdoor dinning set to match my existing patio set. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were great too. The dinning set is sturdy and quality great as expected. Given a 4 stars as like the previous customer review the same missing part for one of the chairs (chair left arm - CLC). I assumed this was not a coincidence and there may be an issue with a batch of dinning sets at production (hence my review for awareness). In the circumstances, I contacted Keter direct for the missing part who were very helpful and sending me the missing part via courier.

Looks brilliant in the garden, very comfy and spacious! Hubby put it together very easily also took him no time at all. Would definitely recommend 👌

Very unsturday table. I took a chance on it with the mixed reviews. Missing screws.So I ordered a replacement, which Amazon was quick to do. I requested to return the first one. I explained the product is difficult to dissassemble as it was locked into place. They said it's fine. They will get a courier to pick it up. Courrier called me & said they can't pick it up unless its disassembled. Called Amazon again & complained. They promised that they had books a different courrier that can take larger items. Courrier called again, still cant take items. I called Amazon again. I get put through to manager. She assured me that they had escalated & the item will be collected. I insisted an email confirmation this time..I even told her that the courier will say they can't take it back. Next day I am having the same conversation with the couriers. I email the manager, buy turned out the email address is managed by the same people. Eventually they told me to pay a handy man to disassemble it & to return it myself & they will reimburse me. What a joke of a service for a company as big as Amazon. I then asked that they arrange a return of the replacement because we didnt want the hassle with the new one too. I was promised it was booked but no one collected it. Will never buy any large goods again from Amazon.

Purchased on Wednesday arrived on Friday. Easy to assemble and can be built on your own took me 1 1/2 hours. Could have done with an electric screwdriver as quite a few screws to put in. Very comfortable and sturdy. Would definitely recommend I absolutely love this set.

So I bought this furniture just managed to finally put it together and I am missing this one arm piece so who do I contact to have it sent out as I am not happy that it’s missing and no info anywhere who to contact 😡😡

Very Easy to build, simply fit the required number part to the number space. Like other comments, I do feel it's slightly over priced but we are more than happy with it.
