I was battling several senior issues. Incontinence, va-ginal infection, herpes, arthritis, and osteoporosis. This Dacha product stopped the urgency to run to the bathroom at night! On the first day! Surprisingly, my BV discharge is gone too. (Ama-zon didn't approve of my previous review. Don't know why. Is BV or feminine discharge taboo words?) 2 Mannose and 2 Dacha's Liposomal Vit C the first day. TI was on 7th heaven for a couple of weeks. No pads. Yay! And then, the urgency to run to the bathroom at night caught me by surprise! So I took (2) twice a day with 4 lipo C, and it improved. Another thing I noticed was that I have not had any herpes outbreaks. I read that BV could be related to a bladder infection, so I was searching for cranberry. Then I ran across reviews with mannose, and Dacha mannose with hibiscus and dandelion. I used muscle-testing to check with my gut-body for product compatibility. Dacha came out top choice. Body said Yay! Do try this combo punch! DIY fresh cranberry juice was not as effective. Yes, I still need to rush, just not as often. I'm so thankful for the little freedoms I now enjoy.

If you are a woman who gets UTIs, I urge you to buy these!! Several people I know have been taking these supplements (this particular brand) for years and have never had a UTI since they started taking them. I started taking them a year ago, not really believing it would work, because I typically would get 2 UTIs per year, and I have not had a UTI since I started taking them. I am convinced that they make all the difference, and will continue to take them.

I've struggled with UTI's for many years. After numerous appointments with specialists, scopes, tests, etc. I was put onto daily antibiotics to keep the infections away. Lately I've noticed I am beginning to become resistant to the antibiotic. I recently came down with a severe infection and after 9 days of strong antibiotic doses it was still lingering in my system. I learnt a bit about D-Mannose and the benefits that it has in regards to bladder issues, and I decided to try your product off of amazon due to the great reviews. I've now taken your pills for 10 days additionally and the 'lingering' has completely gone away. I've been feeling good. And for someone who struggles with a UTI at least once a month, potentially more often, I'd really like to continue using your product to continue seeing the benefits that it can have on my body and my bladder issues. It has reduced symptoms of UTI. It doesn't have any side effects either. Easy on the stomach. It doesn't have a bad or foul taste, and it doesn't leave an aftertaste. I have also paired this up with extra cranberry supplements and it has worked for me. I cannot wait to see the long term benefits. I had a UTI and it was recurring, which was not fun, so I decided to try this product out

This is amazing. I’m off the meds the urologist prescribed which still left me w/ UTI’s every 1-3 mths. I do take 3 a day due to pelvic disabilities contributing to the wretched cycle. Also haven’t had to take antibiotics in that time. If I feel one coming on I up my dose to 4 a day and w/ in a day and 1/2 I’m again symptom free. On occasion I use GV brand x strength AZO & Cystex to help w/ symptoms. But this product here has literally changed my life. I was miserable. Every day anxiety and worry about is it another one because the output kicks up when I take water pills for kidney disease. Not anymore because I know that help is right here in my med cupboard. It is the end all cure all.

I am a 68 YOF, and of late have had a recurring UTI that started in September. After finishing another round of antibiotic I started taking the D-Mannose on Nov 25, as soon as I received it. Tomorrow will be exactly 2 weeks. I had researched a little before choosing this product. There are others with D-Mannose but they tend to be more costly, and some require additional supplements to increase the benefits of their products. This product has similar ingredients, includes some others, and at a better price. I'm on a fixed income so the price is important to me. I have several relatives that are older than I am, but have had difficulties with UTI's. Two of them are now deceased. They both had sepsis. One other is currently in the hospital due to sepsis and is losing his kidney function. This is a common problem as the elderly become more sedentary, perhaps have some dementia and are unable to articulate their symptoms, can't empty their bladders frequently enough or don't drink enough fluids. Women are especially susceptible after menopause due to decreased estrogen and other physical reasons. Besides this D-Mannose product, I take daily probiotics, drink additional cranberry juice and make sure I stay hydrated. I'm just short of 2 weeks on the product and I am feeling fine. I have no symptoms and if that changes I will update you, but my experience has been that I could usually tell that the UTI was not completely eradicated. I don't feel that way now. I have also just ordered some home test UTI test kits, that test for Leukocytes and Nitrites just to keep tabs on things. But so far I am really pleased and plan to purchase more of this product. I also like that it is a small business. with great customer service.

I LOVE this stuff!! This is the second time I have ordered it. Before I was taking it, I had at least 4-5 UTIs a year for the last 6 years! They started out of the blue. My last one was in March of this year and I started researching on a natural remedy. I came across D-Mannose and what it did for UTI and bladder health along with the good ole stand-by of cranberry. Your brand has all three additional ingredients that I found were also supposed to be helpful with bladder issues, included with D-Mannose capsule so I had to give it a try. IT IS AWESOME and has been a Godsend for me. No infections the rest of this year so far! Tank you so much!
