We have a water softener. Will that hurt anything in using this as it says the ingredients already have water soteners in this detergent.

Does this finish gel go into the dishwashing machine?

Yes, fill your dishwasher detergent dispenser with the gel. If you have heavily soiled dishes and/or hard water, use slightly more detergent. It is suggested to use less detergent if you have soft water.

Why is the lemon scent priced nearly triple the price of the orange scent even though they are both 72 oz.?

I have no clue but I don’t recommend it it left a white cast on all my dishes several times

Good Morning. The Volume is 75 ounces. The 4 pound number on the bottle refers to the total weight which has nothing to do with the Volume of the container. I'm not sure why the manufacturer includes a weight number unless it's a "government" regulation. Don't have a clue as to why the shipping weight shows 1+lbs. Just ignore the shipping weight and know the volume in the bottle is 75 ounces.
