good value for money. A little difficult to swallow as they are quite large, but ok if taken with liquid.

Other comments mention the size for swallowing or fishy after taste (burps). The gel coating makes them super easy to swallow and yes I once did have fishy burps, but in their defence I had just eaten porridge!
