Just 3 months old, stopped working... How do I get support?

Mine stopped working exactly 6 months after buying. Contacted the owner thru Amazon messaging assistant. Got a quick reply thru Amazon assistant from Janet saying she was extremely sorry and would replace it as soon as possible. Just send her my address. I sent her my address on May 11th. Still no replacement.

What is the warranty on this device? H2ofloss.com FAQ says it is in the instruction manual. It would be nice it were stated in the listing.

Mine broke with two weeks left on the 2 year warranty. The hose that is connected to the pump cracked off the pump and is therefore not usable. I sent an email to the company asking where I could send it for repair or if they could send me a replacement pump and I could fix myself. In the morning I had an email waiting asking for my mailing address. They placed an order for a replacement unit (not just the pump) that day stating I would receive the replacement in 5 days or less. So far, extremely good and responsive customer service. I'm waiting on delivery but to this point, I'm very satisfied with their responsiveness.

Has the product been updated to fix the small black piece everyone is talking about in the reviews ? Is there still a a leak?

The problem with the H20 flosser has been fixed; I bought one about 2 months ago and it never has leaked.
