2XMill Pack, Standard Yellow Grey

This is a two part putty that you cut equal amounts of and combine thoroughly. It's pliable for a few hours and you can use as required. You can rework it with a wet wooden spoon say or wetted cotton buds to include detailing on your surface. Once it's dried you can sand or smooth or drill or file. It's also really easy to paint too. Great putty available in different colours and different formulation for smoother grain, a real household essential and excellent value.

The Milliput Company was founded in 1968 and I have always found this two-part epoxy resin an excellent way to fill in depressions and cracks on model boats. It can also be sculpted to form any shape desired and can be painted. It moulds like putty but sets like a rock. It is self hardening and sets underwater but is also electrically insulating. Milliput can be sanded to shape and does not shrink. It can be smoothed while still pliable using a little water on the fingertips or sculpting tool.

Bought this for my marine tank to stick Marco/DD rock together, mixed it is exactly the same colour and after 3 months of being in the tank has blended in as the rock matures.
