Does its job. I’ve never used rechargeable batteries due to worries that they won’t last long, but I am glad I switched to rechargeable. I put the batteries in to charge overnight and they are charged the next day. I mainly use them for my Xbox controller and they last many hours of gaming. I haven’t noticed the charger getting hot and it does not make noise. I recommend!

This battery charger has saved me so much money! That around Thanksgiving, my friend gave me the charger and four batteries to try it out. I use a lot of things in my home with batteries, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas and during the winter. I loved it! I went out and bought two more and more packs AA AA batteries. It has saved me so much money. It does a good job recharging the batteries and they recharge fully in about three or four hours. So I always have batteries charging. I would recommend this as a money saver for anyone. The batteries may not hold the charge as long as say a regular, brand new battery, but the beauty is is that you don’t throw them out! You just recharge them and use them

So far the battery are lasting. They charge alright. For the value i thought there was gonna be more of a set for the battery. They work and fit.

I bought this because my energizer fast charger was destroying my battery life and flat out refusing to recharge them, claiming they were "bad batteries". I got sick of chucking batteries I felt like I just bought to replace the last ones I had to get rid of. Some research online suggested that this was the drawback of these fast chargers, and obviously relying solely on them will mean constant bad batteries. So this was my replacement to charge batteries I don't need for a few hours. Potential drawbacks: There's no cord. Some might view this as a good thing; I do, but this makes it harder to fit in some sockets, so be aware of it. At least the prongs fold in to make it slimmer when not in use. Batteries must be charged two at a time. Most of the time you'll be using an even number of batteries but occasionally you might need one... or... three? Either way sometimes you may have a left over battery that this charger will not be able to charge by itself. If you have plenty that's not really a problem, and you can just save them. If you were counting on the USB port on the side all the time, just keep in mind it doesn't charge the batteries while it's in use. It takes hours to charge. If you're skimpy with buying batteries, you'll need to plan ahead. Just go buy a few more, nerd. Boons: While cheap, it does have some QOL features. Overcharge protection for a start. The lights in front tell you when batteries are charging and when batteries are finished. Probably won't kill your batteries prematurely. Affordable. It's got a usb port... which is cool, I guess, in a pinch. Nowadays usb ports are not hard to come by but if you find yourself needing an extra one, this one has it. There's not much else to say. It's cheap and simple, but without compromising its primary function and still being convenient enough within that scope. If you want a battery charger that doesn't cook your batteries too, get it!

A very long over overdue review. Very reliable with many options but you need to read the manual first since you have to charge batteries in pairs and you can't use the USB charger at the same time.
