I read the reviews and most people were happy, of course there are always unhappy people so i weighed the options and looked around and these seemed to have the best ratings. So i bought 5 of them, i did listen to some advice and left a layer of lava rocks and the bottom and poured these ontop of them. You cant see the lava rock and these just look incredible, nothing but compliments from everyone that has seen them in my fire pit. If your hesitant about buying just buy one and see how it goes. I did have to wash a couple of containers but not a big deal. Very pleased with this purchase!!!

The color and sparkle of the 1/2 in glass is stunning! We weren't certain if we wanted 1/4 in or the 1_l/2 in. But in the end we chose the 1/2 in because our fire pit is 42in in diameter and the size seemed like it would look better. Actually, there are pieces throughout that are up to and over an inch or more. The reflective quality is beyond what we hoped for. It looks like water in the Caribbean and the sky. Just what all the grey and browns of our stones needed. It causes the fire to dance and it's mesmerizing. These glass pieces are thick and chuncky and the color is fantastic. It does turn black with the oils of the propane where the fire touches it. But that rinses off with the rain. I highly recommend this product. It arrived quickly! But, I would have waited for it. Nothing like this in the stores.

They are decent sized chunks with sharp edges. Upon initial examination it was covered with glass dust. I used a colander to rinse it all off and they were sparkling. My batch had a lot of both blue colors and not a lot of the white which is ok but wish it’s more evenly split or slightly more white in this specific blend. I should have expected this but handling the sharp glass chunks is not ideal, but you should only be installing this once. If they offered a flattened bead option that would be perfect. Overall this will look nice in our new fire table.

4 stars instead of 5 because of the way they were when then it arrived. It looks like they might have fallen out during transport. I have to say. I rinsed the rocks off in a strainer bland let them dry in the sun before putting them in my firepit. I think they turned out amazing! I wish they came bulkier but I will just have to buy another round to fill my first to the top. But I am very satisfied!1st pic. It came like this in the box. It did get everywhere in my living room and it was a mess. But nothing that was dangerous and extreme.2nd pic. It doesn't fill the pit to the top the way I would like it but I will just have to but another bundle. But I think they look great in my pit!3rd pic. The rocks while lite. Alot of people said the rocks turned black after lightning and I figured it was because of the dust or debris that is on the glass. But I rinsed the glass and let them dry and the ones that AREN'T black did not turn black.So to sum it up. I loved these fire glass. It rounded out my DIY firpit B-E-Autifully. Would recommond for sure. But the way it arrived was not kosher. But that was a big deal for me at all. After all I am DIYing my pit. Hope this helps!

We’ve had these in our fire pit for five fires and almost every time it seems a piece has heated up and exploded out of the pit. Luckily no one has been hurt but we are no longer using these and do not recommend anyone to do so.

Absolutely beautiful. I bought this fire glass to add to my existing brownish/ bronze glass in order to lighten it up. It did the trick.The glass isn’t totally gold, but mixed with a clear white glass. The perfect addition to make my fireplace glow.

The fire pit looks great since installing the lava rocks. I purchased two containers to make sure I had enough and very happy I did. Make sure when you’re installing the glass in your fire pit to not cover your thermo coupler (located next to your igniter).

These look very nice but be CAREFUL when & where you open the box! LOTS of sharp glass shards & dust in the box and the bag. I had to vacuum my concrete patio to get them picked up...confirmed my neighbors assumption that I am a neat freak 🤷🏼‍♀️

Just what I needed for my fire table. I replaced the lava rocks but did use one layer of lava rocks on the bottom as there wasn't quite enough of the glass rocks to fill the fire table. Love the glass rocks. Adds a whole new look. Follow the instructions on cleaning the glass rocks as they are covered in dust, which I could only remove once I soaked them in hot, soapy water and used a big stick to stir them around.One thing to note is that the glass rocks are much smaller than the lava rocks which caused an issue with the ignition. The glass rocks fell into the housing unit of the ignition where the conductor is located, which then blocked the igniter conductor so when trying to start it, it would not ignite. Took awhile to figure that out.So, managed to remove the glass rocks from the housing unit (had to use tweezers) and then placed lava rocks over top of the housing unit and then placed the glass rocks around the lava rocks and problem solved.Good buy and was delivered fast.Very pleased.

Very happy and so glad I purchased them! Our fire pit table had lava rocks but the look wasn't very appealing. I switched them out with bronze, gold and white fire glass and it looks so much more elegant and inviting!

This glass is made with beautiful vivid colours. We replaced the charcoal style rock in our patio gas fire table with this glass and it completely improves the look. We also find that the fire glass gives off noticeably more heat than the rock style. This glass comes safely stored in a plastic jug. It is a good idea to add water to the jug and give the glass a quick rinse before use to get rid of any dust created in shipping. Would highly recommend this product.

Nice size pieces and colour. You just need to wash before using due to glass dust. I used a colander that was recommended by a prior purchaser. I also ordered another container to fill up the bowl.

These glass rocks are above average for sure. They look very good, enjoy the looks with or without the fire on.
