Q: What size cheater/magnifying lens does this helmet require?

Q: Is the battery replacable

Not on the black model hood, at least as of now, Jan 2015. It doesn't have the better filter cartridge (lens unit) that the other ones apparently come with. The manual shows the better model with replaceable batteries (and how to change them) but it is wrong as the black hood has a different filter cartridge without replaceable batteries.

Q: Will the nice jackson headgear fit this helmet? I was goin to order this and swap the cheap headgear

It should. I have a few co workers that rock the 200 bucks and up hoods and they all said mine is better so they went out and bought some. A few put theirs on their hard hats and a few replaced the headgear
