I have tried everything, any hints to get into the battery compartment? Mine seems stuck

The easiest way to remove it is by putting the magnified side facing you, and then twist the mirror to left and then lift it. Hope this helps!

The indentions that hold the mirror together will not engage when I tried to twist it together.

I had auger anchors that I used to mount the mirror and has worked great for over a year now.

Is it 7x or 10x? Posting says both.... Not a real clear listing.
