Budget friendly solution
I lost my key to the communal room in our building where we keep the bins and one of my neighbours said that the key is standard fire brigade key so I got it and it works, so probably most of the UK building have it the same. If I went the building management company route it would probably be 10x the price.

Didn't work on my lock
The key seemed to be like all the images of FB2 keys I had seen but didn't work in my meter cupboard. After months of chasing the maintenance company, as I needed someone else with a FB2 key to test the cupboards and confirm it was a FB2 lock fitted, it turns out this key is not exactly right for the FB2 lock. Not quite sure how it is failing, length in some form maybe. Its not too late to return but not a biggie at £2.50. I otherwise had no reason to think the key wouldn't work, but maybe do more homework in the dimensions of these keys before buying.
