Good ideas and 'how to' receipes.

A really good start for a beginner like me. This slender book has a lot of recipes/formulas. The author doesn't clutter the pages with extraneous information. This is straight up a recipe/formula book.While recipes/formulas are repeated, I don't have an issue with that because I find that convenient. It also shows where one formula works for one purpose, it can also work for another.One thing to note: the author uses a specfic company for some essential oils. I would strongly recommend researching further on companies and essential oil products.

Good book, lots of information. I can't wait to try some of the hints and cleaning supplies recommended. To achieve a healthier lifestyle

Not well organized; seems to repeat the same recipes. The upside is there's a lot of space to write notes and other recipes ...

Worth it. I hae the book and only drops to use with safe ingredients to mix with!It's safe for pets, babies, even kids!I met the author and she's a great lady!I love doTERRA oils with the book to use for home cleaning!

This utterly disappointing book is entirely vacant of detail, chemistry, and research. Index absent, and content sparse, the printed version inners are entirely black and white, with the text spaced out so much that it is clear the 90 pages of 'content' could be fitted into 15 pages. This 'book' should be heavily revised, and the price should not exceed £3 to reflect the lack of seriousness within the text. Please stop wasting paper!
