Works great

I had a previous version of this that worked well enough, but had some delay between when you'd press the button and when the windlass would start moving. It was as if there was a relay that would take .5 second or so to respond - which made small adjustments difficult. That one died after a few years and I replaced it with this one - much to my delight this one has no delay at all, it responds exactly like using a wired switch. Add to that the "ruggedized" remote control and I'm really pleased!

I installed this on the solenoid for my anchor windlass a few weeks ago, and so far it works as expected. I guess time will tell how long it lasts, though.

The media could not be loaded.  Great product

It quit working on one side after only a few uses! Garbage, but I guess I was only out $18 bucks.

Does not work for what’s it’s intended for

Complete Garbage! Upon connecting the red and black wires to their respective power and negative the in and out leads (yellow and white) were both live (had power). This causes the wench to try and turn both directions at once. Terrible for the wench and a terrible product. I wish I could give it negative reviews!

Worth the price, wired it up the same day i received it, tested it out, works great. i dknt know about 100ft distance tho, i didnt test the range in the woods(which should be even less interference) i tested it at home in a condense street and i was able to walk roughly 160ft until i gave up and walked back because i would never be that far of a distance to winch someone. overall, phenominal remote feel, antenna range is excellent, fast shipping during this pandemic crises too

Showed up quickly. Installed into my somewhat non traditional application. Worked perfectly.Only thing you need to be aware of is the slight lag on the button press. If you’re used to a wired control where you can quickly “bump” the switch, it will take a bit to get the feel for the slight delay in hitting the RF control button. Not a huge issue for most things though.

Wired this to my smittybilt XRC 9500lb winch, works great. Stepped about 50’ away and still worked. If you have the same winch, I have included a photo of where to connect the in/out wires. Would be nice if there was an easier way to replace the batteries in the remote though.

i'm a mechanic and checked item before installing and no power from unit,can't check battery because it's sealed,so even if it worked the battery can't be replaced.installed anyway and didnt work,doen't waste your time.
