Plax Advanced PreBrushing Dental Rinse, Soft Mint, 24 Ounce

Plax is part of my brushing routine because it works. I have tight spacing between teeth so I'm a bit extreme although the dentist says my teeth are amazingly clean.In the evening, I first use a Waterpiq and then dental tape followed by the Plax. I then use a Sonicare toothbrush followed by a final ACT rinse.My teeth really feel clean!

Easy to use and minty

A friend recommended this to me, but she said her dentist didn't really believe in it. She used it and it worked for her. So I thought I'd try it without telling my hygienist to see if it worked. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months for plaque buildup, so I started using Plax Dental Rinse about 8 months ago. She has consistently told me how clean my teeth were. At the last visit she was really impressed so I finally told her what I was using. She didn't seem impressed, but guess what it works. that's enough for me. It works so I plan to continue using it twice a day. I also use an electric toothbrush once a day to really clean my teeth.

Plax is one of my favorite mouth wash. I have been using this stuff since I was in my 20’s and now I’m in my 50’s but anyway I believe this is the only mouth wash that you can use before brushing. I use this plax every morning before I brush and it does the work, it looses all the junk that the brush can’t do; just fill the cap that comes with it less than half and rinse your mouth with it spill out then brush normally as you do every day. Trust me you will fell the deference between using plax versus water before brushing your teeth.

I rinse with Plax before brushing every morning and it removes plaque. My dentist said it was not clinically proven to be effective, but it works for me. Stores have discontinued carrying it so I am glad to find it on Amazon.

It might have reduced the amount of plaque between visits, but I'm not sure. I will stick with it for another six months.
