This kit has everything I commonly see in my workplace first aid kits. Plenty of bandages, in a fairly organized fashion as well as a few other items such as the instant cold packs and a few larger sterile bandages. Due to shipping, I did have to reorganize some of the items in the kit as they're held in place fairly loosely. This kit is going to be primarily for small cuts or abrasions. There's very little in the way of dealing with any injuries much larger than a quarter. It will be perfect for most regular job sites or just to keep around the home. I personally picked it up to kit out two vehicle first aid kits with a base amount of supplies and then keeping the box at home as our go to self adhesive bandage kit. Overall, I think this is a perfect starter kit, although I think the case will end up getting destroyed by reckless employees before it needs to be refilled, which isn't necessarily a bad thing since it has a lot code printed on the outside. I personally would supplement it with some heavier duty bandages for more serious cuts though.

Best, most useful tool in my work truck. I needed something that had a little of everything. I live and work alone and the closest hospital is 35 to 45 mins away. So I need to be able to buy myself time God forbid something happened where I needed emergency care. Ive used this kit regularly on cuts and burns. But it also has so much more included. Bad indigestion in the middle of nowhere, there is antacid and pepto, normal pains ibuprofen and Tylenol. I was able to use more than half the items included in the 1st few months of purchase. And the way the case is designed its great for buying refills for the most used items. I went thru the neosporin fairly quick. Well I was able to buy refills and reloaded the entire kit. Same with band aids and pretty much everything in the kit. It was so useful and saved me countless hours being able to repair myself and employees very quickly, I ended up buying one of these for all my work trucks and personal vehicles. Id recommend these for everyone. Even if you dont do construction for a living. Great knowing you have it even tho you may never need it. Hopefully you never need it. But if you do you will be very thankful when you need to use it. I highly recommend every single person who owns a car should have one in the car with them. These are great for in the house also. I have a full medical cabinet at home so I dont need one of these. But if I didnt have the storage this would be a great way to store everything you would need at home.

My camp buddies laughed when this fell out of car. I just quietly put it back in... They ain't laughing now, had everything needed for the freak rock accident. Compact, easy open, organized and easy to see stuff... Nice to be prepared.
