How high off the ground does this chair sit?

I just ordered this chair for my husband to sit in when he catches my daughter who is a fast pitch softball pitcher. Great chair, very sturdy but unfortunately too high. I was relying on the height quoted in feedback from user David G but our chair is quite a bit taller. 21 1/2 inches to the grommets and 19 1/2 inches to the seat bottom. The seat height was not listed under the item description and they should really add this. Too bad I have to return it.
