Weird oil substance
My package arrived today and when I opened my mac concealer there was a weird clear oily substance that was right in the middle of the mac concealer. Not sure what that stuff was but was clear and oily, looked kind of like Vaseline. Just nasty.

Product Darker Than Expected — Massive Restocking Fee
Too dark. Charged a $30 restocking fee without being up front about it. Very dishonest.
