Dnt buy it’s not strong
Yes it is easy to clean bt it’s material is looking good only bt not tht much stronger n after some days using this.. tickling some noises from the rolling part n it’s so big noise n Now in 8 to 10 days it’s handle is not working from the middle as not working round n not joints properly from the middle dnt buy this product it’s not strong

It's really nice product as I expected ....fully satisfied... Highly recommend ...must buy this product ...compact ,useful ,time saving ,smooth....but one negative point is missing dispenser bottle with this item .....

Pathetic customer service
I have been chasing customer since 10 days but there is no reply at their end, no body pics up the phone at customer care, after writing an email I was asked for product style no., pictures and short video of defaulty product...after writing many emails they are not replying... could not expect this from a known brand..even shop dispenser bottle was missing too..they provide defective pieces with missing items only

Poor quality and short life.
It worked well for about 3 months. There after the handle started opening time and again while mopping. Now the spinner has become so hard that you have to devote hundred percent of your strength to squeeze water out of the mop i.e. to wring out. The spinner makes huge whistling notice and the mop has become almost useless. Impossible to use.So not worth buying.

Efficient but substandard quality
The mop has made life much easier and makes cleaning swift and effortless. Having said that the build quality of the product is not good. In a few weeks post purchase the spin section of the water compartment isn’t working although the mop is spinning in the wringer compartment. I don’t understand this.. also the “twist to spin mop” feature isn’t the most convenient.

No support available, product is not durable.
Spin function stopped working after 4 weeks.No support available.Have been trying customer care number from last 2 months. After answering machine, when call is transfered to support associate, no body has picked up in last more than 5 tries in last 2 months.

Missing Part.
The reason for two star rating is - one of the accessories supposed to be a part of the package is missing.The liquid soap dispenser was a part of the package & was not sent across. Nor do I have an option of reporting a missing part.Rest - the product is good & of sturdy quality.But - the missing part just makes the deal sour.

Worth buying
The product is good. Makes mopping much easier especially in these lockdown days, with no domestic help.Easy to carry, as it is light weight. The wheels help push it along while mopping.The only problem is that the stick doesn’t seem to lock correctly. Those models with the lock option might be better.
